Welcome to The Jukebox App and Auxio (together, the "Apps", "we", "our", or "us"), products of Universally Thinking. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The Jukebox App and Auxio mobile applications, websites, and related services. By downloading or using either app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Except where a difference is noted, these Terms apply equally to The Jukebox App and Auxio.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use The Jukebox App or Auxio. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
The Jukebox App and Auxio allow users to collaboratively queue and control music and video playback across supported devices and streaming services.
Certain features may require internet access, supported hardware, or third-party accounts such as Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube.
Some features require creating an account or signing in through a third-party provider.

The Jukebox App and Auxio do not own or license music made available through Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, or other connected services.
Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, subscriptions, and licensing requirements.
We are not responsible for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by any third-party provider.
Hosts may invite guests to add songs or videos to a shared queue in The Jukebox App or Auxio.
Hosts are responsible for moderating their sessions and may remove guests or content at any time.
Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.
The Jukebox App and Auxio applications, logos, branding, software, interface, graphics, and related content are the property of Universally Thinking or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you create or submit.
By submitting content, you grant Universally Thinking a non-exclusive license to display, process, and distribute that content solely for operating The Jukebox App and Auxio.
Your use of The Jukebox App and Auxio is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, be modified, or be discontinued without notice.
The Jukebox App and Auxio are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Universally Thinking, The Jukebox App, and Auxio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold Universally Thinking, The Jukebox App, and Auxio harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses resulting from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms The Jukebox App, Auxio, other users, or third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of The Jukebox App or Auxio after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
